Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)Maintain organized inventory using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
- Train new weekend associates on standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
