Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and effectively
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized storage systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
- Maintain clean, organized work areas throughout shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park Blvd location
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
