Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 warehouse associates through performance coaching and conflict resolution
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all night shift activities
- Optimize warehouse processes for efficiency using WMS systems and data-driven decision making
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition and operational continuity
- Conduct daily inspections and maintain accurate documentation of all activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with proven night shift leadership
- OSHA certification and thorough knowledge of warehouse safety standards
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication abilities for coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods during shift
- Valid KY driver's license and clean driving record
