Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform comprehensive inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain data integrity
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and safety protocols
- Document all activities in compliance with company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Availability to work full-time overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
