Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for overnight shipping
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse environment per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced nighttime environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Point location
