Responsibilities
- Accurately pick/pack/ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy in real-time systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols 100% of shift
- Perform cycle counts and quality checks
- Collaborate with overnight team leads
- Document daily activities via digital logs
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Stamina for 8+ hour overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Must be available weekends and holidays
