Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend loading/unloading operations for 50+ daily shipments
- Manage team of 8-12 weekend associates with cross-training focus
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and safety inspections
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems
- Resolve operational bottlenecks during peak weekend hours
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., Oracle WMS)
- Ability to work physically demanding weekend shifts (6AM-6PM)
- Strong problem-solving skills for weekend operational challenges
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
