Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders with zero-error precision
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and implement FIFO inventory protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company security protocols
- Use WMS systems to track inventory and update order status
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts
