Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 warehouse staff during night shift operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment workflows
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols implementation
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide staff coaching
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and troubleshooting
- Process daily reports and productivity metrics analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Forklift certification mandatory
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Availability for 12-hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Michigan driver's license
