Responsibilities
- Manage and process high-volume customer orders and inquiries during weekend shifts.
- Ensure accurate data entry and update logistics tracking systems in real-time.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Monitor system performance and report any technical issues to the IT department.
- Adhere to all company safety and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or data entry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
