Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Lead and motivate 10-15 team members during weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with weekday management
- Train staff on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Generate performance reports and process improvement suggestions
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
