Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 warehouse associates during overnight shifts
- Ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfillment
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
