Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor team of 15+ warehouse associates during overnight shifts
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and data analytics
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift and transport teams
- Conduct performance evaluations and address operational challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
