Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team with real-time performance coaching
- Optimize inbound/outbound logistics using WMS systems (SAP preferred)
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols for heavy machinery operations
- Coordinate cross-functional dock activities with day shift counterparts
- Implement process improvements for 99.5%+ inventory accuracy
- Manage emergency response protocols during off-peak hours
- Conduct shift handover briefings and daily KPI reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator credentials
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan)
- Strong conflict resolution and team motivation skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with FDA-regulated pharmaceutical logistics a plus
