Responsibilities
- Directly supervise 30+ night shift warehouse staff in receiving, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety standards and security protocols
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems to achieve 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient dock scheduling and truck loading
- Conduct daily performance reviews and coach staff to exceed productivity KPIs
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Generate daily performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environment
