Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ night shift team members in warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols during overnight shifts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely loading/unloading of trailers
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and operational disruptions
- Generate performance reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 3PL or manufacturing
- Proven track record in overnight shift leadership
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Availability for flexible overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
