Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 member night shift team, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Conduct nightly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Resolve escalated customer/vendor issues during off-hours
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and RF scanners
- Strong problem-solving skills for overnight decision-making
- Valid forklift certification and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
