Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Ensure a 5S work environment by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the facility.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover of operations and resolve any immediate logistical issues.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid Forklift certification (if required by role).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
