Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing customer orders accurately and efficiently during night hours.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Perform quality control checks on all shipments to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and replenish stock levels as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors regarding daily goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification is a plus; training provided for qualified candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
