Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual equipment.
- Inventory Accuracy: Perform cycle counts, stock checks, and reconcile inventory discrepancies efficiently.
- Packaging: Properly pack, seal, and label packages to ensure safe delivery to clients.
- System Operation: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update order status and track shipments.
- Organization: Maintain organized storage aisles and ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation is followed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the workspace clean and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software are a plus.
- Certification: Valid forklift certification (Class A/B/C) is highly desirable.
