Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory counts, and rotate stock to ensure freshness and accessibility.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA guidelines and company safety policies.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs, pick tickets, and other paperwork required for operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
