Responsibilities
- Execute Receiving & Shipping: Accurately process incoming and outgoing inventory using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily cycle counts and ensure stock levels match system records to minimize shrinkage.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required by the shift lead.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and proven punctuality.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Background: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills for documentation purposes.
