Responsibilities
- Pack, Label, and Ship: Accurately package orders using industrial equipment and prepare them for timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse system.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outgoing shipments meet our high-quality standards.
- Keep the Floor Clean: Maintain a safe, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate various warehouse machinery including scanners, RF guns, and forklifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic with a history of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic English skills required for reading labels, safety signs, and communicating with supervisors.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a positive attitude.
