Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
- Stock Rotation: Perform regular inventory counts and ensure proper rotation of stock to prevent spoilage or obsolescence.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory management; familiarity with warehouse software is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
