Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and update stock logs in real-time systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and safe by adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Package and label goods securely for distribution.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
- Identify and report damaged or defective products immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must possess a valid Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
