Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders with precision
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain organized inventory using RF scanners
- Perform quality checks on outgoing products
- Collaborate with team leads to meet nightly targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Support warehouse cleanliness and maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Willingness to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
