Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing operations, including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory with precision.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move materials and assist in loading trucks.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate digital records of all stock.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and other associates to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods during the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems quickly under pressure.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
