Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently select products and prepare them for shipment using scanning equipment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers as required by certification.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Assist in the loading and unloading of freight trucks to ensure timely distribution.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Basic English skills for reading labels and communicating with team leads.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
