Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with precision and speed to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe handling of inventory.
- Utilize handheld scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all orders meet company standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during overnight shifts.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and moving up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all roles.
