Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise on pallets or shelves according to organizational standards.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and update stock systems in real-time.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist in packaging and labeling orders for timely shipment.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Forklift certification is a strong plus.
