Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in compliance with ISO standards
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and productivity
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming/outbound products
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company SOPs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for night shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
