Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person overnight team during 10 PM - 6 AM shifts
- Coordinate inbound/outbound freight operations via WMS system
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols in real-time
- Resolve inventory discrepancies with cycle counts
- Train new hires on equipment operation (RF scanners, forklifts)
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transitions
- Generate nightly performance reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Previous experience with unionized teams preferred
