Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 night shift associates with clear performance standards
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during all shift activities
- Optimize workflow efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks in real-time
- Conduct daily inventory audits and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition and handovers
- Address immediate operational issues and escalate concerns as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Experience with WMS systems and inventory control methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise required
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
