Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain organized storage zones and perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols including proper PPE usage and equipment inspections
- Document workflow activities using digital tracking systems
- Train on new technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid DC driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Background check and drug screen required
