As a key member of our night team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. We provide full training for all qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping procedures with precision and speed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic stock counts and organization.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including proper handling of heavy machinery and hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to facilitate seamless handovers and inventory transfers.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment to track shipments.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing packages to minimize returns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
