Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Maintain clean and organized workspace according to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Use warehouse management system (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid California Driver's License (required for forklift operation)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to shift location
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
