As a Night Shift Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations. You will ensure that products are processed, stored, and shipped accurately during our critical off-peak hours. Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently using proper safety equipment and techniques.
- Process incoming and outgoing inventory using handheld scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels to prevent discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and legally.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be available to work the night shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods of time.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
