Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations ensuring safety protocols are maintained
- Manage team of 8-12 associates, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift evaluations
- Address operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
- Generate shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in warehouse/manufacturing
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Valid Kansas driver's license required
- Flexibility to work weekends only (Saturday/Sunday)
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
