Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship time-sensitive packages with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to optimize inventory movement
- Conduct nightly quality control inspections for temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals
- Maintain precise digital inventory records using RF scanning technology
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols across all warehouse operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Support emergency deliveries for healthcare and government clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid OSHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM with weekend availability
- Clear criminal background check and negative drug screen
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
