Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and clean workstations per safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Collaborate with day shift team for smooth transition of tasks and inventory
- Participate in monthly cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to evening/night shift schedule
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
