Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical systems, hardware, and network connectivity during the night shift to ensure 24/7 operational stability.
- Receive and prioritize incoming technical support tickets, providing timely resolutions for internal users.
- Perform accurate data entry, verification, and record-keeping tasks for system logs and user databases.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and recurring problems in the knowledge base for day-shift continuity.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to hand over unresolved tickets and ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Conduct routine health checks on servers and workstations to proactively prevent outages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification (A+, Network+) is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic troubleshooting of PC hardware.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM) with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse internal teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity standards.
