Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets in our ticketing system efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the knowledge base.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineering teams when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic communication style with all clients.
- Assist in the implementation of new technical processes and training materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or IT helpdesk is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commit to a consistent night shift schedule.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
