Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical assistance via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor server systems and infrastructure for anomalies during off-hours.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and recurring issues in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handover of ongoing incidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote support.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in IT Help Desk or Customer Support is highly desirable.
