Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Configure and manage workstations, printers, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all support tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement process improvements and software updates.
- Assist in the deployment of new devices and the decommissioning of old hardware.
- Provide customer education on best practices for cybersecurity and system usage.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional IT support experience.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network protocols, printers, and peripherals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call rotation.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) is preferred.
