Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define and deliver features.
- Optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks in real-time.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL).
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team setting.
