Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-10 member night shift team, ensuring task completion and safety protocols
- Manage inventory control systems and optimize warehouse workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies using data-driven approaches
- Train staff on new equipment, safety procedures, and compliance standards
- Prepare nightly performance reports and suggest process improvements
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain incident-free operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
