Responsibilities
- Lead team of 8-10 security officers during overnight shifts
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents
- Conduct regular patrols and access control enforcement
- Coordinate with law enforcement during emergencies
- Prepare detailed incident reports and shift logs
- Train and mentor junior security personnel
- Ensure compliance with federal security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years security management experience
- Active DC Security Guard License (SPO)
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Strong crisis management and decision-making skills
- Proficient in C-CURE and CCTV systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
