Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management during the night shift.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in order fulfillment and shipping documentation.
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Lead, mentor, and conduct shift briefings for a team of 10+ warehouse associates.
- Perform daily inspections of forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations independently during the shift.
- Manage shift handovers and maintain accurate shift logs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Forklift certification and experience operating heavy machinery.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends.
