Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trailers using powered industrial equipment (familiarity with forklifts is a plus).
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for accuracy before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning devices and computer systems to track inventory movements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure zero accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills required.
- Reliable transportation is mandatory.
- Ability to work scheduled weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons.
