As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly while the city sleeps. We value safety, reliability, and teamwork above all else.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise accurately using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently during night hours.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors regarding workflow.
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
